Vehicle registration lookup
When connected, the registration lookup sends your vehicle registration to DVLA to retrieve basic vehicle details. The current mileage is entered by you. DVLA’s Vehicle Enquiry Service does not supply a valuation, the model or trim, or the current mileage. You can enter the car details manually instead. The example car uses fictional demonstration data.
Details and photos
The form collects your car details, condition, postcode, name, contact details and photographs so Gladius Motors can assess the car and contact you about selling it. Do not include identity documents, bank details or photos of other people.
In the live service, submitting the form sends these details and photos to Gladius Motors’ sales inbox through the Resend email service. Photos are resized in your browser and attached to the email. This application does not keep a separate database or public photo gallery. Email copies are held by the email service and Gladius Motors’ mailbox provider.
Contact preferences
The request is for contact about selling this car. It does not subscribe you to marketing. You can ask Gladius Motors to stop contacting you or to deal with a request about your information at sales@gladiusmotors.co.uk.
Website security
The hosting platform processes technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to operate this website. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile performs a security check before a lookup or submission. No advertising or analytics trackers have been added to this application.
Before public launch
Live sending and lookup need configuration and testing. Gladius Motors also needs to finalise the complete customer privacy notice, including the actual providers, retention periods, applicable lawful bases and data-rights information, before accepting public enquiries.
